Delve Controversy
Customers and prospects may have seen recent reporting about Delve, a compliance automation startup facing allegations of fabricated SOC 2 audit reports affecting hundreds of companies.
Vidyard is not a Delve customer and is not affected by this situation. Our SOC 2 Type II audit is conducted by Coalfire Controls, an independent firm with no connection to Delve or the audit partners named in the investigation. Our audits follow a standard multi-week testing and evidence collection period in which Coalfire independently verifies, tests, and audits our control, then issues their own conclusions.
